Young Adults facing intellectual and developmental different-abilities are often unable to continue their progress after finishing school. Without the proper support, skills and behaviors can fail to progress without adequate planning, leaving them feeling isolated in their communities.
Our two-tiered approach to employment services helps individuals further develop the skills needed to succeed and gives them access to resources that will empower them to identify job opportunities and lead an independent life.

BrillianTransitions
Our program is ideal for individuals who have an interest in employment but aren’t ready to pursue competitive employment. For this reason, our Transition Services offers a personalized, individual/small-group job training and career planning program to help individuals gain the skills and confidence to transition into competitive employment. Our team of Employment Specialists work one-on-one to help individuals identify their career and educational goals, customize job searches tailored for their unique abilities, and gain hands-on job training experience.

CAREgiver Program
As a parent of an adult child 21+ with a disability, you understand the need for your Son/Daughter to receive the proper care and support that you trust.
