Who are “Members”?
Members are the Young Adults receiving services from our organization. We believe in the concept of building “community” and a community is only as strong and resilient as it’s Members.
What is a “Brilliance Advocate”
Brilliance Advocates are our Direct Support Professionals (DSP). These are the individuals who will be providing services and supports to your Young Adult.
Where are services provided?
We offer services in:
Camden, Burlington, Mercer, Gloucester, Salem, Cumberland, Cape May, and Atlantic Counties.
Services are offered in or out of the Member’s residence, on a job-site, or in the community, as outlined in his/her Service Plan.
What ages do you serve?
While the majority of our Members are 21 years old + and recent graduates from Special Education School programs, we have the capability to serve/support any DDD-eligible 21+ adult who desires employment, life skills development, or any type of community support services.
What is Person-Centered approach?
A Person-Centered approach is a model we follow that focuses on each Member’s individual needs. We ensure all Members’ preferences, needs and values guide service decisions, and providing care and support that is respectful of and responsive to them.
How can I receive services for my Young Adult?
All services are rendered and approved thru NJ Division of Developmental Disabilities (DDD). If your Young Adult is eligible for services already, then you can reach out to your Support Coordinator for a referral to our agency.
If your Young Adult is not currently enrolled with DDD, please click the link below.
