“Our organization provides its Members with community-based programming and supports that foster independence as they transition into the workforce, post-secondary education, and adult life by prioritizing pre-vocational skills and principles, adult daily living, social skills, and mental health/wellness.”
Our Community Programs are led by Brilliance Advocates, Staff, and Administrators who are experts at providing a continuum of services and supports for Members at all levels and stages of their desire and ability.
We are committed to providing the most comprehensive Transitional services and Supports in the industry.
We have a thorough screening process and are extremely selective in our hiring. We provide a great working environment for our Brilliance Advocates and have a very low turnover rate.
